Refund Policy
If the product that you have received is damaged, or fails to meet your expectation in other ways please contact us at cypruschocolates@gmail.com. We will review your case and compensate you if we find that our product has failed to meet our standards.
How to claim
- Email cypruschocolates@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue (packaging and product).
- We respond within 2 business days. If approved, we will reship at no cost or refund you in full to the original payment method.
